Bio's Dangerous Playbook Unfolding in Sierra Leone

Since 2019, Sierra Leone has faced a convergence of political instability, suppression of dissent, and a burgeoning crisis of drug abuse and trafficking. These challenges have been further exacerbated by the infiltration of international drug cartels and the associated risks of terrorism and violence, undermining the nation's rule of law and democratic principles. 

The Questions are :Is Sierra Leone a Nation of Law ? Are Sierra Leonean Patriotic,Nationalistic or Both? If yes what percentage  and how are these expressed?
